HOLLYWOOD GLAM PROM 2022

Glamorous homeschoolers ages 14-20 are invited to an evening on the red carpet to enjoy a time of dancing and celebration.

Everyone must register and pay $50 per ticket online. Guests are allowed. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, but are transferable to another student. Deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, April 1st 2022 or when tickets sell out. No EXCEPTIONS! Please purchase your tickets EARLY to guarantee admission.

All attendees must read and review the GHE Waiver, Code of Conduct, Dress Code and Covid policy.

CODE OF CONDUCT?

*Respectful behavior of everyone is expected!

*Foul or inappropriate language is not permitted.

*Modest dancing (subject to chaperones' discretion)

*Minimal public displays of affection (subject to chaperones' discretion)

*Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or weapons of any kind are not permitted. Possession of any of the aforementioned items will result in the immediate removal from the premises.

*Medical emergency devices, such as Epi-pens and inhalers are allowed; please inform upon check-in if in your possession.

*Leaving and re-entering prom building is prohibited, unless accompanied by chaperone.

*Large bags and/or large purses may not be brought into the venue.

Please adhere to the DRESS CODE: 


Gentlemen may wear themed formal wear, black tie, or semi-formal attire (tuxedo, suit, or dress pants with dress shirt and tie).

Ladies may wear evening formal wear, black tie, or semi-formal attire. Skin-tight, see-through dresses, deeply-cut neck lines, and/or dresses with excessive cleavage are not permitted. Backless dresses are permitted, provided backless portion does not dip below the natural waistline. Two-piece dresses are permissible, as long as the skirt portion does not sit below the natural waistline (belly buttons must not be visible).

Appropriate examples of what to wear (but not limited to): If you have to question it, please don't choose to wear it. :)




PLEASE REVIEW THIS HEALTH CHECKLIST FOR EACH MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY BEFORE THIS EVENT.
If you reply YES to any of the questions below in the last 72 hours, PLEASE refrain from attending this event.

□ Unexplained Muscle Aches?

□ Recent Loss of Smell?

2. Have you or anyone in your party experienced any gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite?

3. Have you or anyone in your party or anyone they have been in close contact with been diagnosed with COVID-19, or been asked to quarantine for possible contact with COVID-19?

□ Yes

4. Has anyone in your party been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a medical professional or a public health official?

GHE COVID POLICY: We are following Guildford County guidelines, but with mask wearing optional.

If person has COVID, they should quarantine for 14 days from positive test or 14 days if exposed to someone with COVID unless they take a test several days after exposure and test negative and have NO symptoms.
